Event Description
Join us for a vibrant evening of Latin American art, culture, and creativity as we dive into the work of Cuban modernist Amelia Peláez. In this guided painting workshop led by artist and facilitator Erik Valera, you’ll learn about Peláez’s signature stained-glass-inspired style and create your own colorful masterpiece to take home.
This event is more than just a paint night—it’s a celebration of heritage, community, and expression. No prior art experience is required, just a willingness to explore and enjoy.
What to Expect
- A three-hour guided painting session with all art supplies provided
- A brief introduction to the life and work of Amelia Peláez
- Cuban-inspired lite bites and nonalcoholic beverages
- Opportunity to bring your own beer or wine (BYOB encouraged — please drink responsibly)

Descripción del Evento
Acompáñanos en una vibrante noche de arte, cultura y creatividad latinoamericana mientras exploramos la obra de la modernista cubana Amelia Peláez. En este taller de pintura guiado por el artista y facilitador Erik Valera, aprenderás sobre el estilo característico de Peláez inspirado en vitrales y crearás tu propia obra maestra colorida para llevar a casa.
Este evento es más que una noche de pintura—es una celebración del patrimonio, comunidad y expresión. No se requiere experiencia previa en arte, solo ganas de explorar y disfrutar.
