DACC STUDIOS
Diamante Arts & Cultural Center in Raleigh, NC has six (6) artist studios available for rent. Studio prices range from $300 and up per month based on size. Studios have walls to the ceiling, are heated and air-conditioned, and locks and keys. Artists have access to the studios 24 hours, 7 days a week, and free parking is available.
As a Hispanic/Latino/x arts and cultural center, we prioritize renting studios to Hispanic/Latino/x emerging and established artists, 18 years of age or older from all disciplines, who actively make artwork and who demonstrate professional experience and commitment to their genre, as well as arts entrepreneurs who have a connection to the Latino community and are committed to interfacing with local community members. We do not rent space for offices, salons, boutiques, hairdressers, make-up, or nail salons.
All studio artists include:
- Classroom/meeting room availability
- Free Wi-Fi
- Electricity, trash, and general maintenance.
- Studio artists will be featured on our website.
How to get your Studio
Fill out our online interest form. The Diamante Arts & Cultural Center is open Tuesday – Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. to take a look at the studios available.
To rent a studio, you will pay an application fee ($25) and an annual Diamante Amigo Circle member fee ($35). Make a deposit (one month’s rent) plus pay the first month’s rent. Get your key, move in and start creating!
